Visitors and New Members WELCOME!
Our meetings are held on the 4th Wednesday of each month at The Gap Baptist Church, 1125 Waterworks Road, The Gap, commencing at 7.30pm (Jan-Nov only, no meeting in December). Activities at the meeting include judging of orchids benched by members, guest speakers, technical advice, workshops on growing orchids and a chat over a cuppa.
A New Growers Group takes place prior to the meetings from 7pm – 7.30pm to help those new to growing orchids with advice, ideas and problem solving, presented by more experienced growers from WBOS, and/or invited guests. A newsletter is published each month with information on events, photos and cultural notes.
